Quest has the expertise to perform site surveys and review these exposures and submit recommendations that would protect the interests of the builders, contractors, and/or their insurers and brokers. During these surveys, we ensure that the concentration of combustible materials is kept to a minimum and that sound loss control practices are being followed at the site. We provide written reports that address site security (fencing, lighting, guard service, etc.), availability of fire fighting equipment, training of construction personnel, control of special hazards, control of access to the site, welding and cutting practices, etc. Practical recommendations are also submitted.

We can also perform general liability site surveys for construction projects insured under a “Wrap-up” policy to evaluate the exposures to employees, subcontractors and the general public during renovations or new construction.
